The Operations Supervisor - Drop Ship Inbound is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the inbound operations related to our drop ship processes. This role involves managing relationships with suppliers, optimizing inbound logistics, ensuring timely and accurate inventory receipts, and leading a team to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a proven track record in operations management, with a keen focus on process improvement and team leadership.
Oversee and manage the entire drop ship inbound operations process
Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in order processing and inventory management
Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, merchandising, and customer service, to optimize overall supply chain performance
Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, ensuring adherence at all levels of the inbound operation

5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in drop shipping or inbound logistics
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
