Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Account Manager to oversee client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will maintain client relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth through proactive account management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs

Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services

Monitor account metrics and prepare regular reports for clients

Address client issues and complaints promptly and professionally

Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback

Compensation

$60k yearly

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

2+ years of experience in account management or sales

Demonstrable track record of managing client relationships

Strong understanding of customer service principles
