Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring that all processes align with safety standards and company policies. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating inventory management, and optimizing workflow efficiency to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of the warehouse team to ensure efficiency and productivity
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures for safety and efficiency
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments
Communicate with suppliers and transportation partners regarding logistics and delivery schedules
Resolve operational issues and address employee concerns in a timely manner
Compensation
$65k yearly
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations
1+ years of experience in a supervisory role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse machinery
